about

"humidity" is about learning how to have uncomfortable conversations. my least favorite thing about living in virginia is the insane amount of humidity that is present during the summer. at the same time, you can't let a humid day stop you from enjoying yourself outdoors. when i came to that realization, i thought "what a dope analogy for relationships -- you can't just put off having uncomfortable conversations, because at the end of the day, having those convos will actually allow the relationship to grow even more."

i came up with the melody line in the middle of CAVA and had to run to the bathroom to record it. i love being crazy.
